Dave Perez, Sr. Director of Facility Operations, is pioneering an innovative program that is designed to teach General Maintenance Technicians the skills they need to advance to the next level of their careers. This program is not only improving the confidence and motivation of team members but is also helping those in need. The first students participating in the Facilities School have utilized the knowledge and skills they’ve been learning to help Clean the World by creating a sorting table that is mobile and ADA accessible!
