Mentorship Program

Are you ready to branch out?
The Branch Out mentorship program creates a space for team members throughout our organization to develop connections in a professional setting. Branch Out seeks to connect our teams across the country in cultivating our values of creativity, caring, and courage through meaningful discussion of leadership essentials.
The program offers 6-months of mentoring circle meetings between 1 Mentor and 4-6 Mentees. These meetings are hour long conversations about topics that are critical to career success. By hosting these informal, discussion-based sessions, it is our company’s goal to increase engagement and empowerment in both mentees and mentors, while accelerating the career learning curve of mentees. Each 6-month session has a cost of $100, charged to your area’s training budget.

Info Sessions
All applicants for Branch Out are required to attend one of the program’s virtual Info Sessions. In these brief sessions, you’ll learn more about what it means to participate in Branch Out. These sessions are hosted in Zoom.

Mentor insights
Branch Out Mentors are given an opportunity to guide group discussions, share their experiences, and foster the development of their circle.

Mentee Insights
Branch Out Mentees form lasting relationships with their mentor and individuals across the organization through meaningful discussions of key leadership competencies.
