This summer the RISE Internship Program hosted 20 interns across a number of departments and resorts within the company. The interns graduated this past August and each resort hosted their own graduation celebration. The group at Orange Lake attended a ceremony alongside their department leaders and various leaders at the company.

They traveled in a golf cart sharing refreshments and snacks with the Team Members they encountered, while spreading Stay Real Behaviors and the culture of Holiday Inn Club Vacations. Our IT department has been working very hard on the new IT Service Portal and it’s now available! The portal makes it easy to communicate and receive help from IT. We spoke with Jimmy Dean to learn about some of the great features and benefits of the portal, and how it will help us all.
