Looking for some extra help this summer in your department or at your resort? Well, it’s time to start thinking about summer internships with our very own Resort Industry Student Experience (RISE) college internship program.
The RISE program launched in the summer of 2018 with 20 graduating students across three resorts and the corporate offices in Orlando. Since then, we’ve graduated 15 additional students and expect another 20 to go through the program this spring.
RISE offers students a hands on work experience and provides the tools and resources for our interns to grow with our company over the 12-13 week program. Summer internships begin in May, but the hiring process starts mid-January. If you’re interested in hosting a RISE intern this summer, please contact Amy Pagano by the end of December to get started.
