Inside the learning portal myAcademy, you can find all the documents you need to assist with the onboarding of new Team Members.
By going to the menu and then navigating to the Learning Resources you can find multiple folders hosting the files needed for the onboarding training.
In the Department Orientation folder you will find various documents to help guide you through the process of the department orientation like Leader’s Conversations Guide, Training Checklists and Instructor Guide.
Inside the Learning Resources you can also find multiple Training Checklists based on division and position, if the position is not listed you can also find blank and generic checklist to customized.
