Dave Perez, Sr. Director of Facility Operations, is pioneering an innovative program that is designed to teach General Maintenance Technicians the skills they need to advance to the next level of their careers.
This summer the RISE Internship Program hosted 20 interns across a number of departments and resorts within the company. The interns graduated this past August and each resort hosted their own graduation celebration. The group at Orange Lake attended a ceremony alongside their department leaders and various leaders at the company.
Our IT department has been working very hard on the new IT Service Portal and it’s now available! The portal makes it easy to communicate and receive help from IT. We spoke with Jimmy Dean to learn about some of the great features and benefits of the portal, and how it will help us all. Stay tuned for a tutorial on how to use the portal, this will be coming soon!
Celebrate Service Month was a huge success! Teams hosted cookouts, ice cream parties, and some lucky team members even took a trip to Dave and Buster’s!
