This online module is an overview of the Incident Reporting Process Standards. The objective is for all team members to follow a consistent method when reporting and documenting all incidents involving resort guests and/or team members. This will help the company respond more effectively to situations and be adequately prepared for any litigation that may arise.
After the training, participants will be able to:
- Address all incidents as quickly and appropriately as possible
- Obtain the best information possible regarding the incident, so that our legal team is able to clearly interpret details surrounding the incident
- Restore normal service operation as quickly as possible
- Minimize the adverse impact on the resort’s operations and brand
- Forward the appropriate information and documents as soon as possible to the Resort General Manager, Corporate Communications/Public Relations and Legal Department
