September 30 - October 2, 2025
Welcome, Leaders!
As Kemmons Wilson once said, “There are two ways to get to the top of an oak tree. One way is to sit on an acorn and wait. The other way is to climb it.”
Leading Within Our Culture (LWOC) is a 3 day learning opportunity for newly hired and promoted leaders to engage with the strategy and vision for our organization as well as the executives that drive it.
Holiday Inn Club Vacations needs strong leaders who create a culture of empowerment, transparency, and respect within their teams. Through this workshop, you will hear senior leaders share their vision for the organization’s future through a customer-centric approach.
As a result of attending our workshop, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become a more effective leader within our culture. These include:
- Understanding the functions of our business and how these come together to grow our brand
- Understanding how our decisions can create memorable vacation experiences at nearly every stage of the Guest Journey
- Connecting with senior leadership vision and creating a community of leadership support
Traveling in for the program?
Please work with your local leader on expenses and be sure to review our Corporate Travel Policy, and our Orlando Travel Guide before making any plans, but below are some quick tips:
Flights
You have the flexibility to book your own flights in and out of Orlando International Airport (MCO). Please work with your local leader on charging and costs.
Accommodations
If you’re in need of local accommodations, we recommend staying at Orange Lake Resort. Follow the steps in the travel policy linked above to request a comp room for your stay.
Transportation
You can either opt to get a rental car for your visit or use ride sharing. The choice is yours! Be advised, Orange Lake Resort is approximately 45 minutes away from the Corporate Campus.
