Expansions is a six-month leadership development program for emerging and evolving leaders that uses self-study assignments, mentorship, and real-life projects to foster leadership development. The Academy of Learning and Development is preparing for the next Expansions class starting in April. Applications for this upcoming class will open next month on January 17th. Each month we’re highlighting team members who are continuing their development and chasing their career goals. This month we are speaking with Susan Clough who recently completed the Expansions program in October 2022.
When asked ‘why did you choose to be part of Expansions’ this is what Susan had to say:
I chose to be a part of Expansions because I wanted to further continue my education to continue the growth of my career with Holiday Inn Club Vacations.
What are your takeaways from being part of Expansions?
My biggest takeaway was the way it strengthened my relationship with my mentor. As well as I developed a better understanding on how to work better with a variety of different personalities and how to work cohesively as a group to make things happen.
