When asked about Solange’s Expansions program experience, here’s what she had to say:
“When offered the opportunity to join the Expansion program there was absolutely no hesitation. This elite program brought a thought-provoking prospective to my current role and responsibilities. As an introvert it is quite easy to remain within my comfort zone in the Finance Department. Despite my personal struggle with remaining complacent, my Finance leaders explained that the program was designed to introduce various projects designed to enhance our business process. With no hesitation the decision was made for me to embark on this amazing challenge. “
What was your #1 takeaway from being part of Expansions?
“During the initiation of the Expansions program there was an expectation of sacrifice, dedication and hard work that was required. This expectation was no surprise and was welcomed by the entire group. The one unexpected takeaway was the camaraderie that was received by my fellow classmates. Despite the long hours and preparation for presentations we worked tirelessly to ensure a successfully completion to the program. Each member was reliable and trustworthy. It was a great reminder of the culture of our organization and its ability to transcend to each team-member. It was an honor to be a part of this program.”
