When asked why she applied for Expansions, this is what Melissa had to say:
I chose to be a part of Expansions to challenge myself and further my development. Always eager to grow and learn more, I wanted to take part in the program to gain an understanding of how each department contributes to the success of Holiday Inn Club Vacations.
What are your takeaways from being part of Expansions?
Expansions provided beneficial leadership workshops, self-exploration classes, team collaboration, and provided an opportunity to network with fellow employees I’d probably never have had the chance to meet otherwise. Expansions prepared me for the next steps in my journey with Holiday Inn Club Vacations!
