What does ‘being engaged at work’ mean to you? For some, it means coming into work with a positive attitude and getting prepped for a great day ahead. For others, it means being as collaborative as possible with your coworkers.
We don’t want you to just tell us what ‘being engaged’ looks like to you, we want you to show us through our company video platform, Altru! Some of you may remember our #InnsideLook sweepstakes held last year, but did you know we still use Altru as way for team members to share what it’s like to work at our company?
The best way to stay engaged using Altru is by having fun and getting creative with your videos! Here are some ideas to get you started:
- Interview a coworker about some of their favorite work memories
- Tell us what it’s like in your department
- Give us a tour of your workspace and tell us what your favorite things are about it
- Give a shout out/kudos to a coworker who’s helped you recently
This video content helps us tell the story of our team members on our social media platforms and Careers website. The more you share, the more we can really give the world an #InnsideLook at what it’s like to work at our company!
To start creating videos in Altru:
- Download the Altru app on your smart phone and
set up your account. This is where you’ll be receiving contest prompts and
submitting your videos
- Use your company email address to create your account. If you don’t have a company email address, use your personal email and the company code HolidayInnClubVacations
- Some prompts will be in there waiting for you to answer! Just use the one you want, hit record, and go!
- Get extra social with your videos! Share them on social media and tag our main Holiday Inn Club Vacations pages and #InnsideLook so we can reshare it!
