Happy National Learning and Development month everyone!
As we dive into NLD month, I can’t help but think about how much talent we have in our organization. Have you ever considered how your skills could inspire a fellow team member to try something new? Whether it’s whipping up a delicious treat, picking up a new sport, or crafting something beautiful, we want to hear from you!
It could be anything from your secret recipe for the perfect chili to tips on sustainable living and upcycling. The possibilities are endless with our talented group! We can learn so much from each other, and this year, I would love for us to learn and grow together by sharing our skills with our fellow team members. 😊
Examples of What You Can Teach Us:
- Sports: Teach us the basics of a sport you love. How can we get started?
- Cooking: Got a favorite recipe? Share it along with your best cooking tips!
- Crafts: Show us how to create something special, like crafting a birdhouse, or a fun DIY.
- Hobbies: Introduce us to any hobby or passions that bring you the utmost joy and explain how others can get more involved.
Your blog can empower others to learn something new this month and explore new interests. It’s a wonderful way to share your skills with others and be more directly involved in helping others learn something new this NLD month. By sharing your passion, you’ll gain a raffle entry for a chance to win a prize, and there are other ways to gain additional entries!
