This six-month leadership development program uses real-life projects to facilitate leadership skills along with mentorship and self-study assignments.
When asked why he applied for Expansions, this is what JL had to say:
The choice to join Expansions was simple. The opportunity to learn and grow in leadership skills and qualities aligned with company objectives is one of the best opportunities any professional could hope for. This organizational specific leadership training program would surely provide me with the greatest advantage to not only be my best moving forward for my work family, but also for the wonderful company that we all call home.
What are your takeaways from being part of Expansions?
The network connections, partnerships and friendships gained throughout the program simply cannot be replaced by any other program I have participated in previously. Working together to accomplish organizational goals and objectives represents the pulse of our beautiful giant orange heart here at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. The programs’ ability to bring together leaders from all areas to provide mentorship is a testament to the greatly dedicated leaders this program has produced previously.
