April marks Autism Acceptance Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the experiences and perspectives of individuals on the autism spectrum. With approximately 1 in 36 children in the United States identified as having Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), this month encourages greater understanding, inclusion and support across our communities.
Autism Acceptance Month goes beyond awareness. It’s about valuing different ways of thinking, communicating and experiencing the world. By learning more, we can all play a role in fostering a more inclusive and connected environment.
