Jessica Mercado shares her latest read:
“It’s the perfect, snuggle up with a blanket and a coffee, October read, especially for those looking for something seasonal but not scary. It is so much more than just another book about a witch. It’s a story about books! I think people who love books will love it as much as I did. It’s a low stakes cozy book about a “Book Witch” who can enter and fix stories within books, protecting them from threats like the “Burners” who change stories and destroy books.
It’s so much fun reading the main character jump into books and interact with characters from Alice in Wonderland, the Great Gatsby and other classics that we all know and love. I won’t give away too much, but I’ll leave you with a quote from the book (which might be my new favorite quote)…”
“All stories are love stories if you love stories.”
