As we dive into National Learning and Development month, I can’t help but think of the boundless curiosity amongst our team members. Many of you are so fearless when it comes to exploring life to its fullest, so this year, we’d love to hear about what you’ve been exploring or fine-tuning. What’s something new you’re trying out? What’s a long-time passion you’ve been tinkering with? Tell us about the experiments, the first-time tries, the small wins, and even the setbacks that are part of any learning journey.
Have you started learning how to roller skate and avoided a gnarly fall? Tell us about how it has been going! What about building a PC–did your screen say no signal upon the first power up or did it successfully power up the first time? (Linux or Windows or is that too controversial?) Have you started gardening or learning how to manage your lawn? Tell us about the small wins in keeping your lawn green and clean, as Dr. Stephen R. Covey would say. Whether it is a personal or professional feat, let us Learn With You.

- What: what skill, hobby, or topic have you tried out or fine-tuned this year?
- Why: what motivated you to start and what keeps you going? A childhood memory, a recent article, a friend or pure curiosity?
- Insights: what’s something you learned during the process? A tip that helped or a mistake that taught you something, maybe an “aha” moment?
- Other: what else would you like us to know? 🙂
Learning is a continuous, lived experience, and your stories can empower others to explore new interests this month.
