Thank you to everyone who submitted an idea to the 2022 Kemmons’ Spirit of Innovation Challenge! For this year’s competition, we received an impressive 319 ideas from team members. This exceeds the 2021 submissions by nearly 100 ideas!
Local judges are currently reviewing the team member submissions and will have the semi-finalists determined by the end of this week. Semi-finalists will be alerted of their advancement and will receive next steps and details for the second phase of the competition shortly.

Sign Up for our New Innovation Course
The Academy of Learning and Development (ALD) is excited to offer courses that carry on the innovative spirit throughout the year. Innovation Thinktank is a new course centered around creative problem solving. In this class, we will explore activities and techniques to ignite your team’s creativity.
Any team member who is interested can register for Innovation Thinktank, regardless of challenge participation. There will be two sessions offered:
