This course is for all Team Members that are a part of the Timeshare Loan Lifecycle. Complaints may be received from owners, guests, prospects, and third parties. This training is not meant to replace any departmental processes, but rather to give helpful information on how to use Salesforce to document complaints in a consistent manner.
